Contents of the Badge Management Screen

Use this screen to create, edit, delete, and manage Badges, which help you organize the recognition of employee achievements.

Field Description
Badge Category Each Badge displays under its designated Badge Category section. Badge categories, such as Innovator, are created by an administrator and assigned during Badge creation. When giving recognition, an employee can assign multiple badges to an employee, as long as they fall under the same category.
Badge Each Badge has an icon, name, and a short description, which displays on the left side of the screen, beneath the associated Badge Category.

Buttons and Action

Field Description
Employee Recognition Click to open your Employee Recognition screen.
Create Recognition Badge Click to create a new Badge. A dialog displays where you enter the title, Badge category, icon, and description.
Edit Click the Edit icon to make changes to the title, Badge category, icon, or description. Click Submit when finished.
/ Activate/Deactivate Click the Lock icon to toggle between Activated/Deactivated, as desired. Only Active badges are visible for selection when an administrator creates a Badge.
Delete Click the Delete icon to remove the Badge.
